Avanta works exclusively with appropriately licensed healthcare providers and clinics. We do not sell or ship compounded medications to individual patients or the general public.

How long does setup take?

Registering your clinic takes about two minutes: clinic name and NPI. We confirm your license within 1 business day and open your ordering portal. No call is required to get started.

Do your products require a prescription?

Yes. Every compounded medication is prepared pursuant to a valid prescription for an individual patient and is dispensed by our partner 503a pharmacy under state board oversight.

Which medications can I order?

We supply compounded GLP-1 therapy, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), low-dose naltrexone (LDN), sexual wellness, and peptides, across both sterile and non-sterile preparations.

How is pricing determined?

List pricing is published on our homepage, and ordering at list price requires no call. If you dispense 25 or more vials a month, book a call and we will quote volume pricing below list in writing within one business day.

How much is shipping, and how fast is it?

Standard shipping is $25 and overnight is $45, to your clinic or direct to the patient if they prefer. Orders ship within 1–2 business days of an approved prescription and spend 1–2 business days in transit, so most clinics have stock in hand within 2 to 4 business days. On rare occasions a third-party carrier can experience a delay, which is outside our control, but we track every shipment and keep you updated.

How do I place an order once I'm set up?

Who is my point of contact after I sign up?

Every clinic is assigned one Client Strategist who owns the account. From onboarding through every reorder you work with one person who knows your clinic, on a direct line, not a ticket queue. They coordinate with our partner 503a pharmacy on your behalf, and our Licensed Pharmacist Specialists remain available for clinical and ordering questions.

Are the products FDA-approved?

The active ingredients, such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, are FDA-approved and are the same actives used in their branded finished products. The formulations Avanta supplies are compounded preparations, made by a state-licensed, LegitScript-certified 503a pharmacy for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription. Under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, patient-specific compounded preparations are exempt from the FDA new-drug approval requirement and are prepared to USP <795>/<797>/<800> standards.
